CREAMED CHICKEN CASSEROLE

3 cup boiled noodles

2 cup boiled chicken , chopped

1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

1 small can mushroom piece

1 cup thick white sauce

1/2 cup thick chicken broth

3/4 cup bread crumbs

4 Tablespoon butter

Salt and pepper to taste

  Combine noodles, chicken, celery and mushrooms. Mix white sauce and chicken broth until smooth. Add white sauce mixture to noodle mixture ; blend thoroughly. Put in casserole. Saute bread crumbs in butter ; spread over top. Bake 35 minutes at 350 F. degrees.

YIELD:  8 Servings
