CREAMED CHICHEN CASSEROLE

1 ( 3- 4 pound ) broiler , cut up

1/2 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 pound butter

3 cup milk

  Dust chicken with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Brown in butter ; place in casserole. Cover chicken with milk. Bake at 300 F. degrees for 2 hours. Garnish with paprika and parsley sprigs.

YIELD:  6 Servings
