CREOLE JUMBO HOT DISH

 1 pound ground beef

2 large onions, cut up

2 cup celery, cut up

1 cup rice

1 can mushrooms soup

1 can chicken soup

2 cup water

4 Tablespoon soy sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can bean sprouts

   Brown first three ingredients; transfer to casserole. Add all remaining ingredients except bean sprouts. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 350 F. degrees. Add sprouts; bake 30 minutes longer.

YIELD: 15 Servings
