CRUSTY BEEF CASSEROLE

 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil

1 medium onion, chopped

 2 pound ground beef

4 cans mushroom sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1 pound fine noodles, cooked and drained

1 pound Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Seasoning salt

   Heat oil; add onions and cook until golden. Add meat and brown, stirring occasionally. Add mushroom sauce and salt; heat thoroughly. layer half of noodles, half of sauce and half of cheese; sprinkle with seasoning salt. Make another layer of noodles, sauce and top with cheese. Bake at 325 F. degrees for 1 hour.

YIELD: 8-10 Servings
