CURRIED CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup celery , chopped

 1/2 stick butter

2 cup chicken, diced

 1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can chicken stock

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon curry powder

Salt to taste

3/4 cup instant rice

   Saute onions and celery in butter. Combine all ingredients in casserole. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

YIELD :  6 Servings
