DEVILED PORK CHOPS

Submitted Hazel E. Schaad from Illinois

6 loin chops, 3/4 inch thick

1/3 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon paprika

4 Tablespoon onion, chopped

 4 Tablespoon catsup

1/3 cup boiling water

   Roll chops in flour; sprinkle with salt and paprika. Place in baking dish ; add remaining ingredients. Cover and Bake at 350 F. degrees for 1 hour.

YIELD:  6 Servings

Tuna Bake

Come with me to the year 1967, in the Great state of Kansas. When physical newspapers were a thing ( no internet). When basically almost all meals were cooked from scratch, there was some meal convenience foods...in which this recipe does use...casseroles were a thing as well...now on to the recipe ( sorry no photos due to tech issues)  What do you need for this recipe 1 package of Macaroni and cheese 3 Tablespoons  of soft Butter 1 cup tomatoes ( can use canned drained               Some) 1/2 milk 2 Tablespoons onion, minced 1 egg 1 can Tuna, drained 2 Tablespoons  Parsley,  snipped ( can         Use dried) 1/2 teaspoon  salt 2 Tablespoons  corn flake crumbs       ( can use more for top) A saucepan to mac n cheese 1 quart casserole dish  Oven Cook Macaroni and cheese as package directs, then add other ingredients.
