EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1 cup uncooked rice

1 can mushroom soup

1 package dry onion soup

1 1/2 soup cans of milk

1 large fryer, cut up

Salt and pepper to taste

   Mix together rice, soups and milk. Place in large casserole. Put chicken on top, skin side down. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook at 250 F. degrees for 3 hours. Turn chicken over once.

YIELD: 4 Servings
