ELENBURG'S SPECIAL

1 pound sausage
1/3-1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
2-3 stalks of celery, chopped
2 package dry chicken soup
2-4 cup water
1 cup uncooked rice
1/3-1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Brown sausage, pepper and celery. Dissolve soup mix in hot water. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate 24 hours. Bake 1 hour at 350 F. degrees.
YIELD: 6-8 Servings
