FLAVORFUL CHICKEN -RICE CASSEROLE

1 chicken, cut up

Salt and pepper

Garlic Salt

Paprika

Lemon juice

1 can chicken soup

1 can mushroom soup

1 can celery soup

1 cup uncooked long grain rice

1/2 cup chicken broth

   Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic salt, paprika and lemon juice. Combine rice and soups; place in bottom of casserole. Place chicken on top of rice mixture ; pour chicken broth  over top. Cook at 325 F. degrees for 2 hours . Add more broth if needed.

YIELD: 4 Serving
