FRICKADELLARS

1 pound ground beef

1/2 pound ground veal

3 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed

1 medium onion, finely chopped

 2 1/2 cup sifted flour

1 egg, beaten

4 Tablespoon milk

2 1/2 teaspoon salt

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced

   Combine all ingredients, except 1 cup flour, soup and mushrooms. Shape mixture into 32 meat balls. Roll in 1 cup flour. Fry in hot fat until browned. Place in greased casserole in layers with soup between each layer. Top with mushrooms. Bake at 325 F. degrees for 1 hour.

YIELD :  6-8 Servings
