FRIED CHICKEN HAWAIIAN

1 chicken, cut up

1 can crushed pineapple

1 can shredded coconut

  Fry chicken until golden brown. Place in deep baking dish and top with pineapple. Brown in 375 F. degrees oven. Cover with coconut and brown lightly.
