GROUND BEEF AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE

1 pound ground beef

1 medium onion

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Salt and pepper to taste

1 No. 300 can mixed vegetables

2 cup corn Bread mix

   Brown beef, onion, garlic salt ,salt and pepper ; drain off excess liquid. Spoon vegetables over meat. Prepare corn bread mix as directed on package. Spoon batter onto vegetables . Bake at 350 F. degrees for 10-12 minutes or until corn bread is done.

YIELD:  4 Servings
