HAM CASSEROLE

1/4 [pound cheese

 1/2 pound ham

6 large soda crackers

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

3 eggs

1/2 teaspoon baking powder'

   Use finest cutters for grinding cheese, ham and crackers. Add Worcestershire sauce and milk. Beat eggs lightly; add to mixture. Mix and put into greased casserole. Add baking powder after it is mixed by lightly folding it in with fork. Bake at 350 F. degrees for hour or until knife comes out clean.

YIELD: 4-6 Servings

Tuna Bake

Come with me to the year 1967, in the Great state of Kansas. When physical newspapers were a thing ( no internet). When basically almost all meals were cooked from scratch, there was some meal convenience foods...in which this recipe does use...casseroles were a thing as well...now on to the recipe ( sorry no photos due to tech issues)  What do you need for this recipe 1 package of Macaroni and cheese 3 Tablespoons  of soft Butter 1 cup tomatoes ( can use canned drained               Some) 1/2 milk 2 Tablespoons onion, minced 1 egg 1 can Tuna, drained 2 Tablespoons  Parsley,  snipped ( can         Use dried) 1/2 teaspoon  salt 2 Tablespoons  corn flake crumbs       ( can use more for top) A saucepan to mac n cheese 1 quart casserole dish  Oven Cook Macaroni and cheese as package directs, then add other ingredients.
