HAM-SOUR CREAM CASSEROLE

sliced potatoes
ham, cooked and sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Dash of Sage
Dash of Nutmeg
Dash of Marjoram
Dash of Thyme
3/4 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 1/4 cup sour cream
1 bay leaf
1 whole clove
1/2 cup crumbs
1/2 cup cheese, grated
Place layer of potatoes in bottom of greased casserole; cover with individual portions if ham. Combine all seasonings except bay leaf and clove; sprinkle over ham. Combine mushrooms and eggs; arrange over ham layer. Pour sour cream over top ;add bay leaf and clove. Bake covered at 350 F. degrees for 35 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle crumbs and cheese and brown.
YIELD: 4-6 Servings.
