HAMBURGER - BISCUIT BAKE

3 Tablespoon onion, chopped

2 Tablespoon butter

1 pound ground beef

1 Tablespoon A-1 steak sauce

1 teaspoon salt

2 cup cooked green beans

'1 can condensed tomato soup

2/3 cup milk

2 cup dry prepared biscuit mix

   Saute onion in butter. Add ground beef, A-1 sauce and salt ; brown lightly. Stir in beans and soup . Pour into a 1 1/2 -quart casserole. Add milk to biscuit mix and stir to a soft dough. Roll dough

around on a pastry cloth. knead gently 8 to 10 times. Roll to 3/4 -inch thickness. Cut with a sharp knife into small squares. Arrange the biscuit squares in two rows around the edge of the casserole with one corner of each square inserted into the meat mixture. Bake at 425 F,. degrees for 20 minutes.

YIELD: 6 Servings
