HAMBURGER- POTATO PUFFS

1 pound hamburger

1 onion, chopped

1/2 green pepper,chopped

 1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon basil

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/2 pint box mushrooms, sliced

1 ( 6 oz) can tomato sauce

1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

 1 Tablespoon parsley , chopped

 Mashed potatoes

  Brown beef, onion, green pepper and garlic in skillet. Add seasonings, mushrooms and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and parsley to potatoes ; place spoon-fuls around edge of casserole dish on beef mixture. Bake at 400 F. degrees for 10 minutes or until potato puffs are lightly browned. NOTE: if Desired canned mushrooms may be used .

YIELD:  6 Servings
