HAMBURGER - RICE CASSEROLE

1 pound hamburger

1 medium onion, chopped

 1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup water

1 cup rice

Dash of salt and pepper

1 Tablespoon soy sauce

1 can Chinese noodles

   Brown hamburger, onion and celery. Add soups; rinse cans with water and add. cook rice in 2 cups water for 20 minutes. Combine all ingredients except noodles. Bake 1 hour at 375F degrees. When done sprinkle top with noodles.

YIELD:  6 Servings
