HOLIDAY TURKETTI

1 1/4 cup spaghetti

2 cup turkey

1/4 cup pimentos, minced

1/4 cup green pepper, chopped

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup turkey broth

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1/2 small onion, diced

1 1/2 cup cheese, grated

  Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until tender ; drain and rinse in hot water. Combine spaghetti with remaining ingredients saving 1/2 cup grated cheese over top. Bake covered at 350 F. degrees for 1 hour.

YIELD: 8 Servings

Tuna Bake

Come with me to the year 1967, in the Great state of Kansas. When physical newspapers were a thing ( no internet). When basically almost all meals were cooked from scratch, there was some meal convenience foods...in which this recipe does use...casseroles were a thing as well...now on to the recipe ( sorry no photos due to tech issues)  What do you need for this recipe 1 package of Macaroni and cheese 3 Tablespoons  of soft Butter 1 cup tomatoes ( can use canned drained               Some) 1/2 milk 2 Tablespoons onion, minced 1 egg 1 can Tuna, drained 2 Tablespoons  Parsley,  snipped ( can         Use dried) 1/2 teaspoon  salt 2 Tablespoons  corn flake crumbs       ( can use more for top) A saucepan to mac n cheese 1 quart casserole dish  Oven Cook Macaroni and cheese as package directs, then add other ingredients.
