HONEY- CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1 frying chicken, cut up

1/2 cup milk

1 1/2 cup seasoned flour

1/2 cup shortening

1/2 cup honey

1 1/2 cup fresh orange juce

  Dip pieces of chicken into milk and coat with seasoned flour. Cook chicken in fat on both sides until golden brown. Place chicken in a casserole dish. Combine honey and orange juice ; pour mixture over chicken. Cover and bake at 325 F. degrees for 40-50 minutes or until chicken is tender.

YIELD: 4-6 Servings
