HOT CHICKEN SALAD WITH ALMONDS

2 cup chicken

1 small onion, chopped

 2 teaspoon lemon juice

1 cup mayonnaise

2 cup celery, finely cut

2 cup almonds, toasted

1/2 cup Romano cheese, grated

1 cup potato chips, crushed

   Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips ; place in casserole. Sprinkle cheese and chips over top. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 45 minutes.

YIELD : 6  Servings
