HOT CHICKEN SALAD

2 cup cooked chicken breast, cut up

2 cup celery, chopped

 1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup water chestnuts, sliced

 Salt to taste

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon ( heaping) onion, grated

Crushed potato chips

   Combine all ingredients except potato chips ; place in casserole. Top with potato chips. Cook at 350 F. degrees for 15 minutes or until slightly browned. 

YIELD: 6-8 Servings
