HOT CHICKEN SALAD

2 cup cooked chicken, cut up

2 cup celery, thinly sliced

1/2 cup nuts, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon onion, grated

1 cup mayonnaise

2 Tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup bread cubes , toasted ( optional)

1/2 cup grated cheese

'1 cup crushed potato chips or bread cubes

  Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Place in baking dish ; sprinkle with cheese and potato chips. Bake 10-15 minutes at 450 F. degrees .

YIELD: 6 Servings
