HUNTINGTON CASSEROLE

1 ( 7 oz) package macaroni

1 1/2 cup cooked chicken, cut up

1 Tablespoon flour

1 Tablespoon butter

1 cup cream

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 pound American cheese, Grated

1 can pimento

1/2 teaspoon salt

  Cook macaroni. Make a cream sauce with flour, butter, cream and chicken broth. In it melt cheese. Stir in the cooked macaroni , cut up chicken, pimento and salt. Bake at 325 F. degrees for 1 hour.

YIELD:  4- 6 Servings
