HUNTINGTON CHICKEN

1 stewing chicken

2 cup macaoni

4 cup chicken broth

8 Tablespoon flour

1/2 pound cream cheese

4 cup butted bread crumbs

4 Tablespoon butter

  Stew Chicken ; cut into bite-size piece. Cook macaroni in salted water; drain. Combine chicken broth and flour. Add chicken ;cheese and macaroni . Spread mixture into pan ; top with buttered bread crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 45 minutes.

YIELD:  15-20 minutes

Tuna Bake

Come with me to the year 1967, in the Great state of Kansas. When physical newspapers were a thing ( no internet). When basically almost all meals were cooked from scratch, there was some meal convenience foods...in which this recipe does use...casseroles were a thing as well...now on to the recipe ( sorry no photos due to tech issues)  What do you need for this recipe 1 package of Macaroni and cheese 3 Tablespoons  of soft Butter 1 cup tomatoes ( can use canned drained               Some) 1/2 milk 2 Tablespoons onion, minced 1 egg 1 can Tuna, drained 2 Tablespoons  Parsley,  snipped ( can         Use dried) 1/2 teaspoon  salt 2 Tablespoons  corn flake crumbs       ( can use more for top) A saucepan to mac n cheese 1 quart casserole dish  Oven Cook Macaroni and cheese as package directs, then add other ingredients.
