JEANNE'S CHICKEN-RICE CASSEROLE

2 cup uncooked rice

1 chicken, cut up

1 package dried onion soup

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2 soup cans water

   Sprinkle rice in bottom of cake pan. Lay raw chicken on bed of rice, skin side up. Sprinkle dried soup over chicken ; pour on both cans of soup and water. Cover tightly with foil; bake at 400 F. degrees for 2 hours to 2 hours and 30 minutes.

YIELD:  4 Servings
