1 pound ground beef

1 pound ground pork

1 large onion, chopped

1 stalk celery, chopped

1 green sweet pepper, chopped

1 package extra fine noodles, cooked

2 cans tomato soup

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 pound cheese, grated

   Partially brown pork and beef in a very large skillet. Add onion, celery and pepper ; cook until clear. Add noodles, tomato soup and salt ; mix well. Pour into large baking dish and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 45 minutes. 

YIELD:  6 Servings
