MEAT BALL CASSEROLE

1/2 pound hamburger

2 Tablespoon celery, chopped

 1 slice bread, wet

2 Uneeda biscuits, wet with hot water

1 egg

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 green pepper

2 onions

1/2 can tomato soup

1/2 soup can water

  Combine hamburger, celery, bread, biscuits, egg and salt. Form into 1-inch meat balls. Place sections of green pepper and onions between meat balls in greased casserole. Salt again. Add diluted tomato soup. Bake in covered casserole 1 hour at 375 F. degrees.

YIELD : 4-5 Servings
