MEAT LOAF - BEAN CASSEROLE

1 pound ground beef

1 box frozen green beans

1/2 cup raw instant rice

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/4 cup water

1 small can mushrooms

French - Fried onions

   Prepare meat according to your favorite meat loaf recipe. Form mixture into a border in a 10-inch casserole, leaving the center exposed. Fill center with a layer of beans; sprinkle the rice over the beans. Top with the mixture of soup, water, and mushrooms. Sprinkle with onions as desired. Cover and bake at 325 F. degrees for 45 minutes.

YIELD:  5-6 Servings
