MEAT- NOODLE CASSEROLE

1/2 pound veal, cubed

1/2 pound pork , cubed

Butter

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup water

1 package wide noodles, cooked

1 can mushrooms

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 soup can water

  Brown veal and pork in butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 1/2 cup water; simmer for 1 hour. Add noodles, mushrooms , soup and water. Put in casserole and cover. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 35 -40 minutes.

YIELD: 4-6 Servings
