MILDRED'S SCALLOPED CHICKEN

1 pound soda crackers, crushed very fine
4 Tablespoon butter, melted
2 Tablespoon flour
2 teaspoon salt
3 cup chicken broth
1 ( 4-5 pound) cooked chicken, diced
Stir butter into half of cracker crumbs. Add flour and salt to broth ; stir well. Arrange ingredients in a buttered crumbs, chicken, gravy and buttered crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 350 f. degrees .
YIELD : 15 Servings.
