MOCK CHOP SUEY

1 cup rice, partially cooked

2 pound ground beef

2 cup onions, sliced

1 cup celery, chopped

 1 green pepper, diced

1 can cream of mushrooms soup

1 can chicken and rice soup

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup soy sauce

   Cook rice until partially done. Brown beef; add onions, celery and green pepper. Cook together over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add soups, water and soy sauce. Add rice to above mixture; place in casserole. bake 1 hour at 350 F. degrees.

YIELD:  8 Servings
