1 pound ground beef

2 large onions, thinly sliced

1 cup celery, chopped

1/2 cup instant rice

3 Tablespoon soy sauce

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 1/2 soup cans water

1 large can Chinese noodles

    Brown ground beef; add onions and celery. Cook until browned. Add remaining in gredients except noodles. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 50 minutes, stirring once or twice during baking period. Sprinkle noodles over top; bake ten minutes longer.

YIELD:        8 Servings
