MULLIGAN STEW CASSEROLE

1 bunch of celery , chopped

1 medium onion, finely chopped

3 Tablespoon butter

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 can canned tomatoes

2 cup cooked rice

1 can condensed tomato soup 

   Saute celery and onion in butter. Add ground beef, salt and pepper; brown meat. Layer meat mixture, tomatoes and rice in 2 - quart baking dish. Pour tomato soup over top. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 30 minutes

YIELD :  6-8 Servings
