My Original Beef-Macaroni Casserole


 Another recipe from page 20 of the Home Economic Cookbook I think was published in the 60s..but not 100 percent sure


   My Original Beef- Macaroni Casserole

2 Tablespoon butter

1 medium onion, diced

1 stalk celery, chopped

 2 cups cooked beef , cubed

1 cup macaroni, cooked

1 can tomato soup

2 Tablespoon cheese , grated

 1/2 -1 teaspoon salt


Cook onion and celery in melted butter for 5 minutes ;add beef and brown. Add macaroni. tomato soup and salt to taste. Top with cheese; heat thoroughly at 350 F. Degrees

Yield: 4 servings
