New Cookbooks to me

Here;s a few cookbooks I have picked up for my Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook collection

           
                                This one is published in 1989
                                  First Edition and first printing...
                       I chose to Collect the Better Homes and Garden cookbooks. I have noticed there is not really a list of them to collect, except for the bigger ones.

 These are the few ones I have added my collection of Better homes and Gardens Cookbooks.
 I also have a few others of craft variety of the Better Homes and Gardens collection...

   Let's try this again, My plan is to start counting my cookbooks and dive deeper into them and read them like a book ...this may take awhile, since I'm absolutely have a cookbook addiction, I just can't seem to stop myself from buying them...but hey when they are 25 cent to a dollar who can...lol    So lets start with the first bookshelf ( I do need more of them ), and first cookbook                      First off in my collection I'm sharing is this chem ( Missouri)...a Church cookbook.  Hello , I'm a avid recipe collector,  all Varieties of recipes.I love the vintage one ( lots of the ingredients can't find anymore),  Cookbooks made by churches , schools, community groups, I love them All. Magazines with recipes, old magazines with recipes in them( craft magazines).

Tuna Bake

Come with me to the year 1967, in the Great state of Kansas. When physical newspapers were a thing ( no internet). When basically almost all meals were cooked from scratch, there was some meal convenience foods...in which this recipe does use...casseroles were a thing as well...now on to the recipe ( sorry no photos due to tech issues)  What do you need for this recipe 1 package of Macaroni and cheese 3 Tablespoons  of soft Butter 1 cup tomatoes ( can use canned drained               Some) 1/2 milk 2 Tablespoons onion, minced 1 egg 1 can Tuna, drained 2 Tablespoons  Parsley,  snipped ( can         Use dried) 1/2 teaspoon  salt 2 Tablespoons  corn flake crumbs       ( can use more for top) A saucepan to mac n cheese 1 quart casserole dish  Oven Cook Macaroni and cheese as package directs, then add other ingredients.
