NOODLE- CHICKEN DISH

1 stewing chicken or 2 cans tuna
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cans Chinese noodles
1 1/2 cup celery , diced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup salted almonds, cashews or peanuts
Stew chicken ; remove ,eat from bones and cut in small pieces. Combine all ingredients except half can of noodles. Pour mixture into greased casserole and sprinkle noodles on top. Bake at 350 F. degrees or until set.
YIELD: 6 Servings
