ONE-DISH PORK CHOP DINNER

 Submitted by two people

                 Mattie Finney from Washington

                                 and

               Mrs. Shirley Gulbronson from South Dakota

6 pork chops

1 Tablespoon shortening

salt to taste

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon monosodium glutamate ( optional)

2 Tablespoon onion, grated

1 can condensed tomato soup

1/2 cup water

4 cup cooked noodles

   Brown chops in hot shortening. Place noodles in greased casserole. Combine all remaining ingredients except chops; pour over noodles. Overlap chops onver noodles around the edge of casserole. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 F. degrees.

YIELD:  4-6 servings
