PENNSYLVANIA CHICKEN CHOW MIEN

1 pound noodles

Chicken broth

2 cup celery, diced

3/4 cup onion, diced

1/2 cup green pepper, diced

1 ( 5 to 6 pound ) cooked chicken, chopped

 1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 cup buttered bread crumbs

   Cook noodles in chicken broth until tender. Cook celery, onion and pepper in a small amount of water until tender; add chicken, noodles and seasonings. Mix well ; pour into baking dishes. Top with bread crumbs; bake 30 minutes at 350 F. degrees.

YIELD 12-15  Servings
