PERFECT TURKEY CASSEROLE

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup milk

1 can or cup boned turkey or chicken

2 cup cooked noodles

2 Tablespoon diced Pimento

1 Tablespoon chopped parsley or 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes

2 Tablespoon buttered bread crumbs

    in 1 1/2- quart casserole; blend soup and milk. Add turkey, cooked noodles, pimento and parsley. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 375 F. degrees about 30 minutes. NOTE: Cream of mushrooms , celery , or Cheddar cheese soup may be substituted for the chicken soup to lend variety. One ( 7 oz) can tuna may be substituted for the turkey.

YIELD: 4 Servings
