PORK AND MACARONI BAKE

1 pound ground pork

1/2 cup onion, chopped

 2 Tablespoon fat

1 ( 8 oz) can tomato sauce

1 ( 6 oz) can tomato paste

1 can mushrooms

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 ( 7 oz) package macaroni, cooked

2 cup sharp cheese, grated

  Cook pork an onion in fat until onion is golden; add tomato sauce and paste , mushrooms and seasonings. Simmer 15 minutes. Alternate layers of macaroni , cheese and meat in a greased 2-quart casserole, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 45 minutes.

YIELD:  8 Servings
