PORK AND NOODLE CASSEROLE

1 medium onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
3 Tablespoon butter
2 pound lean pork shoulder, ground
3 cups strained cooked tomatoes
1 ( 8 oz ) package noodles, cooked
1/4 pound American cheese, finely chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
Fry onion and green pepper in butter until onion is yellow. Add ground pork and brown. Add tomatoes, noodles and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 1 hour.
YIELD: 6-8 Servings
