PORK AND RICE CASSEROLE

6 pork chops of 4 pork steaks
1 medium onion, sliced
 1 cup un-cooked rice
1 quart tomatoes
salt and pepper

Arrange chops or steaks in bottom of cake pan. Sprinkle rice evenly 
over meat; top with onions. Pour tomatoes over rice; season. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 1 hour. At the end of 45 minutes, left meat to surface for browning.
YIELD:  4 Servings
