PORK AND TOMATO CASSEROLE

1 pound pork steak or chops

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon celery salt

6 Tablespoon rice

3/4 cup water

1 No. 303 can tomatoes

  Brown meat; pour off excess fat. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 1 hour. NOTE:  May be cooked on top of stove or in a electric skillet.

YIELD:4-6 Servings
