PORK CHOP AND POTATO SCALLOP

4 pork chops

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup water

2 Tablespoon parsley, chopped

4 cup potatoes, thinly sliced

salt and pepper to taste

  Brown chops . Blend soup , sour cream , water and parsley . In 2-quart casserole , alternate layers of potatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper and sauce. Top with chops. Cover ; bake at 375 F . degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

YIELD:  4 servings
