PORK CHOP- VEGETABLE CASSEROLE

4 pork chops

salt and pepper

1 Tablespoon mustard

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped carrots

1/3 cup un-cooked rice

1 can chicken -rice soup

1 soup can hot water

  Season and brown pork chops . place browned chops in 2-quart casserole. Spread with mustard. Add celery , onion, carrots and rice. Pour soup and water over chops. Bake at 300 F. degrees for 1 hour.

YIELD:  4 Servings
