PORK STEAK CASSEROLE

 2/3 cup rice1/3 cup water

3/4 pound pork steak , cubed

1 cup celery , chopped

1 cup onions, chopped

 1 cup mushrooms soup

1/3 cup water

2 Tablespoon soy sauce

  Combine rice and water ; soak for 1 hour. Brown steak in fat; place in bottom of casserole. Layer celery and onions over meat. Pour excess water from rice over celery; layer rice over celery. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over casserole. Bake at 375 F. degrees for 45 minutes.
