PRESSED TURKEY MOLD

4 cup cooked turkey, coarsely ground

1 bay leaf

3 cup turkey broth

1 chicken bouillon cube

1/4 teaspoon liquid onion or 1/2 teaspoon onion salt

1/2 teaspoon salt

Dash of pepper

1/2 teaspoon celery salt

1 Tablespoon unflavored gelatin

1/2 cup cold water

  Cook turkey and bay leaf in broth for 5 minutes ; remove bay leaf. Add bouillon cube and seasonings. Dissolve gelatin in water ; stir into mixture. Cook 5 minutes . pour mixture into a lightly oiled mold ; chill until set.
