QUICKEST -EVER CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1 cup rice

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushrooms coup

1 can cream of celery soup

1 1/2 cup water or milk

2 1/2 -3 pound chicken thighs

   Combine all ingredients except chicken in greased casserole. Place thighs on top of mixture. Bake covered , for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 F. degrees ; uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.

YIELD:  4-6 Servings
