RICE BAKE

1 cup boiling water

1/2 cup instant rice

1 teaspoon salt

1 pound chop suey meat

2 Tablespoon fat

1/2 cup sliced celery

1 1/2 cup onion sliced

1/2 cup green pepper, sliced

1/4 cup pimento

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2 Tablespoon soy sauce

  Pour boiling water over rice and salt. Brown meat in fat. Combine all ingredients. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 F. degrees.

YIELD:  4-5 Servings
