RICE- HAMBURGER HOT DISH

1 pound ground bee

1 onion, chopped

 3 cup celery, cooked

1 cup uncooked rice

4 Tablespoons soy sauce

1 can cram of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2 cup celery water

1 can bean sprouts

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 1/2 -oz chow mien noodles ( optional)

   Brown ground beef and onion. Add remaining ingredients except noodles. Bake at 350 F. degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. top with noodles 10  minutes before removing from oven.

YIELD: 6-8 Servings
